1/2 Teaspoon Of Minced Green Jalapeno Pepper
3 Tablespoons Of White All Purpose Baking Flour
1/8 Teaspoon Of Ground Black Pepper
1 Small Dash Of Red Chili Powder
3 Tablespoons Of Real Softened Salted Low Fat Butter
1/2 Teaspoon Of Granulated Kosher Salt
1 1/2 Cups Of Fresh Cold Low Fat Milk

Roberto from Los Angeles California emailed our webmaster this yummy cheddar cheese sauce recipe. To start the recipe please take out a small nonstick lined pan. Place your pan on to your stove top and then set the heat to medium. Next add into the pan the real softened salted low fat butter and white all purpose baking flour. Stir these two ingredients together until they form a nice creamy mixture. Moving along next add into the saucepan the shredded sharp cheddar cheese, fresh ground black pepper, hot red chili powder, granulated kosher salt, and the fresh cold low fat milk. Stir the sauce for several minutes or until it is even and consistent. Do be careful not to let the sauce burn as it will completely ruin the sauce's flavor. Once your sauce has reached a desired thickness quickly stir into it your minced green jalapeno pepper. Obviously the chili pepper is a strictly optional ingredient, but it will add an extra bite to the sauce.
